Initial Consultation
This is suitable for any age.
The initial consulation of 30-60 minutes is for anyone who thinks that they or their child may have literacy difficulties. It can be done face to face or online and will discuss the challenges encountered in education or the workplace. Some background information from the consultee will be required. Oral recommendations will be provided and next steps discussed.

Screening for Literacy Difficulties
1 hour screening for literacy difficulties incuding background and contextual information alongside simple screening tests. This is suitable for all ages. It will be followed by a report outlining learning strengths and weaknesses, and recommendations for moving forward. The cost of this assessment can be off-set against full diagnostic assessment should this be required.
This can be conducted face to face or online.

Full Diagnostic Assessment and Report
A comprehensive assessment including tests of dyslexia alongside background and contextual information. Assessment takes 3-4 hours and a 30 page report covering diagnostic judgement, learning strengths and extensive recommendations will be completed within one week. If the assessment results in a judgement of dyslexia, the report can be used for Disabled Student Allowance (DSA) claims for university students. If completed with school input, this may entitle the young person to exam access arrangements if recommended in the report.
